The Somatic Rescue Program
Somatic Rescue is a gentle yet powerful journey into the nervous system and somatics, created specifically for busy moms who are tired of living in survival mode and ready to feel more connected, regulated, and at home in their bodies.
So many of us live in our heads, thinking, planning, worrying. All while our bodies quietly hold stress, tension, emotions and old experiences. This work invites you to slow down just enough to listen. Through somatic practices, nervous system education, and body-based awareness, you will learn how to meet yourself with compassion, safety and curiosity rather than force or fixing.
